She Couldn’t Afford To Study And To Eat

Triveni comes from a Hindu family. Her father works as a daily labor in a village that is in the Vizag district, although outside of the city. Triveni has one younger brother who studying 2nd grade in their village. However, the money that her father earns is not sufficient to feed the family and educate both his children. He could not send them both to school and still afford to feed them.

It was in the face of pulling Triveni out of school that they came to know about Master’s Home. They approached us and explained their situation and how Triveni would need to begin working so the family could eat. Because of their financial situation, we agreed to take Triveni into Master’s Home for Children.

Master’s Home is for her, and so many others children, their only hope to receive a good education and a future free from poverty! In the short time she has been with us, Triveni has proven to be a sweet and very hard working girl. Please pray with us for her future.

Vision Nationals cares for 140 children from the time they arrive until they receive a college degree, secure a good job, and can care for themselves. It is through your support and prayers that God has allowed us to break the cycle of poverty in the lives of these children. If you would like to support a child for $60 a month for a full sponsorship or $30 a month for a half-sponsorship, please email Karla.
